A motor drives the basket. In the state of feeding speed, material is fed into the basket through a feed pipe, and the feeding is stopped after the fed material reaches the expected amount. And then the high speed is needed for separation. In the process of feeding and high-speed separation, under the centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged out of the basket through the filter cloth and the holes of the basket wall, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, with the solid phase left in the basket. After the separation the basket is turned to the state of discharging speed, the scraper being up and down, rotating and reciprocating, automatically. Thus the solid phase is scraped off the basket walls, and then discharged from the bottom of the centrifuge.

Characteristics and Uses

SGZ Series are a kind of three-column auto peel bottom discharge procedure-controlled batch-filtering centrifuge.

The procedures can be set according to the requirements, automatically feeding, separating, washing, dewatering and discharging. They can be operated nearby or in the distance. The machine has the advantages of high automation, large capacity, ideal separation effect, stable performance and easy operation. They are suitable for separating the suspension with particle size of more than 0.05mm and with the concentration of 5-60%, especially for separating the materials that are not suitable for people to touch. They can be used for chemical industry, light industry, food industry, pharmacy, and metallurgy.

-Type of motor: conventional motor, explosion-proof single-speed motor, two-speed motor or electromagnetic

speed-adjustable motor.

-Mode of brake: mechanical brake or electric brake.

-Electric control: semi-automatic, full-automatic or controlled with PLC Program, etc.

-Feed Speed : regulated selected with step-change speed-adjustment, electromagnetism

speed-adjustment or frequency conversion speed-adjustment.

-Discharge speed: regulated with supplementary motor speed-adjustment, electromagnetism

speed-adjustment or frequency conversion speed-adjustment.

-Type of cover: open, simple closed or integral-overturned- closed.

-The mode to open the closed cover: with hydraulic cylinder, pneumatic cylinder, electromotion cylinder or mechanical balancer.

- Type of foundation: common foundation or no foundation.
