GK Horizontal Scraper Unloading Centrifuge
The main motor drives the basket to rotate at the full speed, material being fed into through a feed pipe. Under the centrifugal force, the liquid is discharged out of the basket through a filter screen and the holes of the basket, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, while the solid deposits in the basket as a ring layer of cake. Feeding is stopped after the fed material reaches the expected amount, then further separation, and washing at the same time. After the washing and the separation, the scraper rotates automatically, scraping the solid and discharging it out of the machine through sludge outlet. Then the screen is washed automatically, and another cycle begins.

Characteristics and Uses
GK Series is a kind of horizontal scraper centrifuge with automatic control and continuous and cycling operation. This machine can feed, separate, wash, dewater, discharge, and wash screen repeatedly as it is running at a full speed. The machine has the advantages of structure novelty, stable performance, easy operation, wide application, high automation and less working intensity. They can be used for separating the suspension with solid phase particle size of more than 0.015mm and with the concentration of 25-60%. The anti-explosive type can be used for the solid-liquid separation of materials inflammable and explosive. They are suitable for chemical industry industry, fertilizer, food industry and pharmacy.
