PGZ Series are a new type,designed and manufactured according to GMP pharmacy equipment standard. The motor drives the basket. In the state of feeding speed, material is fed into the basket through a feed pipe. The feeding is stopped after the fed material reaches the expected amount, and then the high speed is needed for separation, In the high-speed separation, washing can be performed. In the process of feeding and high-speed separation, under the centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged out of the basket through the filter cloth and the holes of the basket wall, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, with the solid phase left in the basket. After the separation the basket is turned to the state of discharging speed, the scraper being up and down, rotating and reciprocating, automatically. Thus the solid phase is scraped off the basket walls, and then discharged from the bottom of the centrifuge.

Characteristics and Uses

PGZ Series are a kind of verical auto peel bottom discharge filtering centrifuge, equipped with completely openable hermetic cover, plate base and frequency conversion speed-qdjustment. Their working procedures such as feeding, separating, washing, dewatering and discharging can be controlled nearby or in the distance and automatically. They have the adveantages of novel appearance, simple structures, completely hermetic explosion-proof, ideal separation effect, stable performance, neasuring up to GMP Standard.. The Series can be used for separating the suspension with particle size more than 0.05mm and not suitable for people to touch. So they are applied for such industries as food, pharmacy,health food and national defense.

3. The design and the manufacturing of individuation are available：

-Material: Common stainless steel, special stainless steel or titanium alloy can be used for the material of the parts suspension contacts.

-Types of motor: Conventional type or explosion-proof type single-speed motor.

-The mode to open the closed cover: with hydraulic cylinder, pneumatic cylinder, electromotion cylinder or mechanical balancer.

-Electric control: Semi-automatic, fully automatic or controlled with PLC program.

-Other technical demands may be discussed.
