LS Vertical Upper Unloading Lab Centrifuge
LS Series are a new type of vertical top discharge batch-filtering centrifuge designed and manufactured according to the standard of pharmacy equipment GMP. A motor drives the basket. In the state of feeding speed, material is fed into the basket through a feed pipe. The feeding is stopped after the fed material reaches the expected amount, and then a high speed is needed for separation, at which washing can be performed. In the process of feeding and high-speed separation, under the centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged through the filter cloth and the holes of the basket wall out of the basket, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, with the solid phase left in the basket. Open the cover of the machine after the machine stops to discharge the cake from the top manually or siphon it out of the machine.
