A motor drives the cone-type basket to rotate at the full speed, suspension being fed into through a feed pipe and distributed evenly on the filter screen walls of the small end of the basket.. The liquid is discharged out of the basket through filter screen and the holes of the basket, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, while the solid deposits on the filter screen as cake. And the cake, under the centrifugal force, moves toward the big end of the basket continuously, discharged out of the basket and then discharged out from the bottom of the machine base.

Characteristics and Uses

IL Series are a kind of vertical slip-discharge screen centrifuge that can be operated continuously. Continuous feeding and separating as well as automatic discharging can be carried out while the machine is at its full speed. The machine has the advantages of high efficiency of separation, high production capacity, simple and compact structures, stable performance, and convenient to operate and maintain. They can be used for separating the suspension with solid phase particle size of more than 0.1mm and with the concentration of 30-80%, especially suitable for chemical industry and light industry, such as the processing of sugar, ammonium bicarbonate and mirabilite.

- Material: Common stainless steel, special stainless steel, copper alloy, titanium alloy can be used for basket and revolving body, and for the inner and outside shells and the base plate, but for the material of the parts suspension contacts stainless steel-lined carbon steel ,rubber-lined carbon steel, plastic-lined carbon steel, glass reinforced plastic-lined carbon steel should be used.

-Type of motor: conventional type or explosion- proof type single-speed motor.

-Filter screen gap width: 0.12-0.35mm.

- Designs and manufacturing are supplied according to the standard of GMP.

-Other technical demands may be discussed.
