Structures and Principles

PD -type centrifuges are a new type, designed and manufactured according to the standard of pharmacy equipment GMP.A motor drives the basket to rotate, material being fed into through a feed pipe at feeding speed. Feeding is stopped after the fed material reaches the expected amount. Then the high speed is needed for separation, and washing can be carried out at the same time, In the process of feeding and high-speed separation, the liquid, under the centrifugal force, is discharged out of the basket through filter cloth and the holes of the basket, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, while the solid deposits in the basket. After the separation, open the machine, loosen the lock blocks on lip ring, and suspend the lip ring together with the filter bagt containing cake to discharge.

PD Series are a kind of vertical suspend bag discharge filtering centrifuge, discharging in different places and batch operating. They are equipped with completely openable hermetic cover, plat base and flat base, frequency conversion speed-adjustment. Their procedures can be controlled nearby or in the distance. The Series can be used for separating the suspension with particle size of mor than 0.05mm, not easily compressible or the suspension with low liquid viscosity. they are especially suitable for the solid-liquid separation which demands clean environment, strict washing, high-degree explosion-proof and not suitable for people to touch, Sothey can be chosen for such industries as food, pharmacy ,health food and national defense.
