Structures and Principles

A motor drives the basket. In the state of feeding speed, material is fed into the basket, and the feeding is stopped after the fed material reaches the expected amount. And then the high speed is needed for separation. In the process of feeding and high-speed separation, under the centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged out of the basket through the filter screen and the holes of the basket wall, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, with the solid phase left in the basket. After the high-speed separation, the basket is turned to the state of discharging speed or to a stop, and the material cover is lifted automatically, the solid, under the gravity force, being discharged out of the basket from the bottom of the machine shell. Then the screen is washed automatically and another cycle begins.

Characteristics and Uses

XZ Series are a kind of top-suspended self-discharge filtering centrifuge with automatic control and continuous operation. The machine can feed, separate, wash and discharge repeatedly at different rotating speeds. They can be controlled nearby or in the distance. Their advantages are as follows: stable performance, quick discharging, high automation, less working intensity and large capacity. They can be used for separating the suspension of medium -sized, not-easy-compressible particles or the suspension of low- viscosity liquid. They are suitable for light industry, chemical industry industry, fertilizer, food and pharmacy industries, especially the separation of methyose.

-Type of motor: Conventional type, explosion-proof type single-speed motor, two-speed motor, three-speed motor, four-speed motor, wound motor or electromagnetic speed adjustable motor.

- Basket speed: regulated with frequency conversion speed-adjustment, step change speed-adjustment, electric resistance speed-adjustment and electromagnetism speed-adjustment.

-Installation: single or 2-4 linked.

- Designs and manufacturing are supplied according to the standard of GMP.
