Dalian Chemical Industry Group made overall relocation, and invited public bidding for the soda joint production project with production capacity of 600,000 tons. The company won the bid, and obtained the largest order for 19 sets of two-stage piston pushing centrifuges, including 16 sets of HR630-N and 3 sets of HR500-N. 8 sets of HR630-N centrifuges are used for salt separation, 8 sets of HR630-N centrifuges are used for the separation of ammonia chloride, and 3 sets of HR500-N centrifuges are used for the separation of crude ammonium.Qingdao Soda Ash Industrial Co., Ltd. purchased 1 set of HR500-N two-stage piston pushing centrifuge and 2 sets of HR630-N two-stage piston pushing centrifuges from us to use in two baking soda expansion and new projects with the annual capacity of 50,000 tons. According to the acceptance result, the products fully achieve the process requirements of baking soda separation, reach technical level and separation effect of the similar imported centrifuges and set a successful example for the application of the domestic two-stage piston pushing centrifuge in baking soda separation.
